3. No professional advice or approval guarantee
Generated documents may contain assumptions, approximate calculations, market hypotheses, and AI-generated text. They are provided for informational and planning purposes only.
bizzplan.org does not guarantee accuracy, completeness, funding, loan, grant, investment, bank approval, business results, revenue, profit, or legal compliance. You are responsible for reviewing the document and consulting qualified professionals where needed.
4. Customer responsibilities
- Provide accurate and lawful information in the questionnaire.
- Review the generated document before using it.
- Adapt the document to local laws, tax rules, funding program rules, and business reality.
- Do not submit confidential, unlawful, or sensitive personal information unless necessary.
5. Payment and delivery
Prices are shown before checkout. Payment is processed by our payment provider or merchant of record. After payment, the generated document is usually delivered by email within the time stated on the website, although delays may occur because of technical issues, email delivery, payment review, or third-party service availability.
6. Refund policy
Because the service delivers custom digital documents generated from customer-provided information, completed orders are generally non-refundable once generation has started or the document has been delivered.
If you paid but did not receive the document, were charged incorrectly, or experienced a technical failure, contact [email protected]. We will review the issue and may provide a resend, correction, replacement generation, or refund where appropriate.
7. Intellectual property
